From the start, our employees participate in our New Hire Orientation Program emphasizing safety protocols, including:

Each week, our field teams come together onsite to deepen safety awareness. Daily pre-task meetings led by supervisors set clear expectations before any work begins, ensuring everyone understands the hazards and the safeguards in place.
