Enterprise Solutions is looking for an IT Support & Cybersecurity Specialist to keep our people and systems running smoothly, handling everything from hands-on tech support and device management to monitoring threats, supporting endpoint protection and access controls, and assisting with compliance efforts. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, working cybersecurity knowledge, and clear communication, and in return will get real ownership, mentorship, and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the trusted expert ensuring our people and systems run smoothly every day. You’ll balance hands-on troubleshooting with proactive problem-solving—keeping our operations secure, connected, and efficient.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deploy and maintain workstations, applications, and devices to keep our teams performing at their best.
  • Provide thoughtful, timely technical support (in person and remotely) with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain and manage IT inventory, ensuring all equipment and software are up to date.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to resolve system issues and improve reliability.
  • Document solutions and contribute to continuous improvement in IT processes.
  • Participate in special IT and cross-functional projects that modernize how we work.

Cybersecurity Focus

  • Monitor and respond to cybersecurity alerts, phishing attempts, and suspicious activity.
  • Ensure endpoint protection and patching are consistent, effective, and compliant.
  • Support user access controls, including MFA and password policies.
  • Assist in vulnerability scanning, remediation, and compliance initiatives (HIPAA, SOC2).
  • Promote cybersecurity awareness through training and best-practice guidance.
  • Document and escalate security incidents in partnership with IT leadership.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of IT support experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows environments, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—professional, clear, and approachable.
  • A commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and follow-through.

Cybersecurity Knowledge

  • Working understanding of cybersecurity principles (risk mitigation, threat vectors, incident response).
  • Experience with endpoint protection tools, IAM/MFA, and vulnerability management.
  • Awareness of frameworks such as HIPAA or SOC2 preferred.
