Project Overview
Enterprise Solutions delivered full electrical engineering and construction for Betty Wiseman Hall, a 307,854 sq ft residence hall at Belmont University designed to elevate student living and campus life. The facility accommodates 524 units (729 beds) and includes two restaurants, a Sodexo kitchen, a grab-and-go market, and an E‑Sports lounge featuring floor‑to‑ceiling color‑changing recessed linear fixtures.
Our scope included:
- Full power distribution with a 4,000A main switchboard, unit substation, and 500 kW generator
- Fire alarm systems, Firefighter Air Replenishment System (FARS), low-voltage and AV rough-ins
- Room‑in‑the‑box prefabrication for all 524 units to accelerate installation and ensure consistency
- Underground duct bank installation and coordination for campus utilities
- Custom lighting design and installation, including immersive fixtures in the E‑Sports lounge
