Enterprise Solutions delivered comprehensive electrical construction for Layton Construction’s tenant improvement in Nashville’s Gulch district. Creating a functional workspace within the historic Terrazzo building—the Gulch’s first LEED-certified high-rise, which we originally helped construct in 2009—required careful attention to both legacy infrastructure and future needs.
