Project Overview
Enterprise Solutions delivered full core-and-shell electrical construction for Peabody Union, one of the largest mixed-use developments on Nashville’s riverfront. This landmark project combines a 27-story residential tower, a six-story office building, retail and dining, and a four-level underground garage across 1.2 million sq ft. Our work supported a vision of premium, resilient infrastructure that enhances tenant and visitor experience while meeting the complex technical demands of a dense, riverfront urban site.
Our scope included:
- Complete power distribution and busway systems for residential, office, and retail spaces
- Interior and exterior lighting packages to highlight architectural finishes and public areas
- Advanced fire alarm and integrated life-safety systems throughout the campus
- Site, plaza, and multi-level garage lighting with energy-efficient controls
- Electrical support for amenity spaces, back-of-house systems, and future tenant build-outs
The four-level underground garage presented significant engineering challenges: crews routed conduit and established grounding within excavations reaching 70–90 feet into solid limestone. Heavy reliance on BIM coordination and continuous collaboration with design and trade partners enabled precise system routing through a complex structural layout and minimized field conflicts. To preserve schedule during supply-chain constraints, we prefabricated roughly 15–20% of the electrical scope — including multi-trade racks and major conduit assemblies — reducing onsite labor and accelerating installation.
Peabody Union now anchors Nashville’s revitalized riverfront. Our integrated approach to planning, prefabrication, and BIM-driven coordination helped deliver reliable, code-compliant electrical systems that support the project’s long-term functionality and public appeal.
