Project Overview
Enterprise Solutions delivered complete electrical construction for the Jack C. Massey Center, a 143,000 sq ft, six‑story academic and student‑life hub that serves as Belmont University’s new front door. The building’s design promotes collaboration, innovation, and student success across flexible learning, support, and public engagement spaces.
Our scope included:
- Full power distribution, lighting, and life‑safety systems for public, classroom, and back‑of‑house areas
- Interior lighting packages for the Admissions Welcome Center, Bruin Bites Café, 1890 Theater, and retail fit‑out for The BruinShop
- Power, lighting, and data infrastructure for student support functions on the second floor and for classrooms, faculty offices, and collaborative zones on floors three and four
- Dedicated power, data, and lighting systems for the Belmont Data Collaborative, Innovation Labs, and the Massey College of Business centers of excellence on floors five and six
- Coordination with architectural, AV, and IT teams to support experiential learning spaces and retail operations
