Our Foundation

Built on Accountability. Driven by People.

Enterprise Solutions was built on a simple belief: strong teams and clear standards build lasting work. From our earliest jobs to today’s long-standing partnerships, we succeed by aligning with client goals, safeguarding every detail, and delivering exactly when and how we promise. Culture and performance are our foundation.

We build a better future by investing in our people through training, education, and apprenticeships, and by reinvesting in the communities we serve. When people grow, standards rise, and the work stands the test of time.

Who We Are

Our Core Values

The principles that guide every project, every decision, and every relationship.

01

Think We, Not Me

We operate as one team. Our people, partners, and clients are aligned around a shared outcome. We do not step over loose ends. When something needs attention, we own it and solve it together.

02

Innovate With Purpose

We improve processes and solutions with measurable results in mind. Innovation is practical and disciplined, focused on building safer, smarter, and more efficient outcomes.

03

Work Safe and Build Quality

Safety and quality are shared responsibilities. Every team member has the authority to speak up, stop work, and uphold our highest standards. A safe jobsite produces better results for everyone.

04

Take Care of Business

We communicate clearly and follow through on our commitments. Accountability is expected. Reliability is earned.

A Culture of Ownership

From apprenticeship through leadership, every team member is trained and empowered to take responsibility for their work. We invest in comprehensive training, continued education, and development because the strength of our projects depends on the strength of our people.

Safety is not a department. It is embedded into how we plan, fabricate, and build.

Investing in the Next Generation

We believe the future of our industry depends on developing talent early and supporting it consistently. Through apprenticeships, partnerships with schools, and reinvestment in local initiatives, we actively create pathways for the next generation of trades and technical professionals.

Our commitment extends beyond projects. It extends into the communities where our teams live and work.

Prefabrication

Patrick Monroe

Fabrication Manager
What advice would you give to someone considering welding as a career? Welding is a great career with good pay and endless opportunities—if you develop the right skill set. It’s physically demanding, but at the end of the day, seeing what you’ve created is both rewarding and gratifying.

Sabrina Martinez

Project Accountant
How would you describe the culture of this company from your perspective? The culture here is incredibly grounded. It’s a flat structure where everyone’s voice matters, and people genuinely care about one another. We build meaningful relationships based on trust, collaboration, and kindness—which makes coming to work each day something to look forward to

Gilbert Camarillo

Foreman
How do you manage your crew to keep work on track while maintaining safety and quality? I once heard the phrase “slow is smooth and smooth is fast,” and I believe that applies here. Keeping work on track starts with planning and understanding your priorities. You have to work your plan, identify hazards, and make sure employees are trained on tasks they may not be familiar with. I always encourage asking questions and explaining the “why” behind what we do. Safety and quality go together, and the goal is to always install work in a clean, professional manner.

David Vacca

QA/QC Manager
What led you to a career in quality control within the electrical construction industry? What led me into quality control was wanting to sharpen my ability to understand every aspect of the work and all the roles Enterprise encounters. I enjoy learning the ins and outs from every angle, whether it is from the specs, NEC, or overall electrical craftsmanship. It has also allowed me to build strong relationships with my work brothers by bringing up issues, consulting with the team, and being transparent in everything I do.

Darian Briones

Safety Manager
How does Enterprise support your efforts to keep teams safe and continuously improve safety performance? Enterprise does a great job supporting safety by providing the right resources, training, and leadership involvement. We have clear policies and procedures in place, along with ongoing training, which helps keep everyone informed and up to date. They also encourage open communication, so we can address concerns quickly and continuously improve. Whether it’s providing proper PPE, supporting stand-downs, or backing safety decisions in the field, the company makes it clear that safety is a priority. Steve Ayriss has always been there to help whenever I need it, and leadership as a whole has been very supportive as well. We work as a team, and it really shows in how we approach safety and take care of our crews.
On The Jobsite

Alex Hinojosa

Superintendent
How do you keep crews motivated, productive, and aligned with project goals? By letting them know we are there for them. We communicate daily, keep our door open to any situation that may arise, and make sure they have the tools and materials they need to be productive. We also listen to their ideas—sometimes they’re better than ours.

Tyler Pannell

Foreman
How do you manage your crew to keep work on track while maintaining safety and quality? Managing a crew of this size can be challenging at times, but having support from the other distribution foremen and our superintendent has been key. David Vacca, Juan Mejia, and Chase Tatum are people I rely on daily for ideas and support. A lot of our success comes from that teamwork and from the abilities of the crew itself. We stay on track by setting clear expectations, planning ahead, and making sure everyone understands the task at hand. Safety and quality are always part of that. It is about doing the job right the first time and making sure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.
