Safety is Who We Are

Because our people matter, safety matters.

Prioritizing Safety in Everything We Do

At Enterprise Solutions, our people are like family. Safety isn’t a checklist; it’s how we operate. From project planning to daily pre-task safety meetings, safety protocols are embedded in every decision and at every work site. It’s not an afterthought. It’s part of our culture and foundational to our success.

From the start, our employees participate in our New Hire Orientation Program emphasizing safety protocols, including:

  • Hazard recognition
  • Fall protection
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
  • Hazard communication
  • Safety data sheets (SDS)
  • MEWP/Aerial lift safety
  • Lockout/tagout procedures
  • Electrical safety best practices

Every employee receives proper training and certifications to operate equipment and is required to comply with federal, state, and local regulations. If a safety situation ever arises, each employee is empowered to address it right away. After all, a safe team is a reliable team.

Certified. Trained. Accountable.

We hold ourselves, and our leadership, to the highest safety standards. At the minimum, our superintendents are OSHA 30, and our foremen are OSHA 10.

Each week, our field teams come together onsite to deepen safety awareness. Daily pre-task meetings led by supervisors set clear expectations before any work begins, ensuring everyone understands the hazards and the safeguards in place.
