Jacob Mullins

Apprentice
In the electrical trade, there are endless opportunities and paths you can choose to follow. There are different lines of work: industrial, commercial, residential. There are endless opportunities for you to learn new things, and every day is a new day. While you’re here, be a sponge. There are guys at every experience level – guys at my experience level, and guys who have been here for 20, 30, or 40 years. No matter what level somebody is at, there’s always something somebody can teach you. Take their advice seriously, and it can help advance your career.

Apprentice
I joined the apprenticeship program to learn something new, and the program was great for me because I’ve wanted to learn about electricity since I was a freshman. If you have the right attitude and mindset and determination to learn something, this will be a great program for you.

Preston Carie

Apprentice
The program has been very good to me. There are a lot of opportunities to make something for yourself. You have a sense of freedom, since you get to choose what you want to do after high school, and joining the workforce was the best place for me.
