We are looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes ownership of project execution from contract award through closeout.

What You’ll Do

1. Electrical Technical Leadership

  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, submittals, and project schedules.
  • Identify constructability issues and coordination conflicts early.
  • Collaborate with field leadership to ensure electrical systems are installed according to design intent and project requirements.
  • Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical installation practices.

2. Project Execution & Organization

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, schedules, and closeout documentation.
  • Track multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining clear project documentation.
  • Maintain organized project records and ensure deadlines are met across the project lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with superintendents to keep projects moving efficiently.

3. Cost Control & Financial Management

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and committed costs.
  • Monitor labor productivity and material spend against estimate benchmarks.
  • Identify potential cost issues early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and margin protection throughout the project.

4. Change Order & Scope Management

  • Identify scope gaps and out-of-scope work.
  • Document impacts and prepare change order pricing.
  • Maintain proper notice and documentation to protect project entitlement.
  • Ensure scope clarity between base contract work and additional work.

5. Field Partnership & Team Leadership

  • Work closely with superintendents and foremen to support manpower planning and material coordination.
  • Help remove roadblocks for field teams so work can progress safely and efficiently.
  • Mentor Assistant Project Managers and help develop the next generation of project leaders.
  • Promote a strong safety culture aligned with company standards.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
  • Experience managing projects from award through closeout
  • Prior field experience strongly preferred (electrician, foreman, or superintendent background)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Certifications

  • OSHA 30 preferred

  • Strong understanding of electrical construction practices

Core Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support our operations team by coordinating electrical material purchases, maintaining vendor relationships, and helping ensure our project teams have the materials they need when they need them.

What You’ll Do

Procurement & Order Coordination

• Assist with purchasing electrical materials, supplies, and equipment for ongoing construction projects

• Process purchase orders and verify pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines

• Track open purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery

Vendor & Supplier Communication

• Communicate with electrical distributors and suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules

• Support vendor quote requests and assist in comparing pricing for cost-effective purchasing

• Maintain and update vendor records and purchasing documentation

Operational Support

• Coordinate material needs with project managers, warehouse teams, and field supervisors

Administrative & Reporting Support

• Maintain purchasing records and order tracking systems
