Project Overview
Enterprise Solutions delivered full electrical design and construction for The 505, a 45‑story luxury residential high‑rise in downtown Nashville featuring 29 floors of short‑term rental units, 15 floors of private condominiums, extensive indoor amenity spaces on levels 7–8, and a 34,000 sq ft exterior amenity deck with pools, courts, cabanas, and a dog park.
Our scope included:
- Complete power distribution and large-scale vertical bus duct installation
- Low-voltage systems including access control and structured cabling
- Main service coordination and new utility service vault construction support
- Lighting design and installation for residences, amenities, and public areas
- Full self-performance of the electrical scope
Key project solutions and highlights:
- Trimble-guided slab conduit rough-in integrated with the general contractor’s self-climbing core system to accelerate a tight schedule
- Logistics strategy to overcome near-zero lot line constraints: just-in-time deliveries, supplier coordination, and staged floor stocking to mitigate lack of onsite storage and limited hoisting capacity
- Robust phasing and sequencing to support multi-stage resident turnovers while maintaining life-safety systems, elevators, and critical utilities
- Installation of over a quarter-mile of vertical bus duct and construction coordination for a new utility service vault under 5th Avenue
Enterprise Solutions’ integrated design-build approach, advanced layout technology, and disciplined logistics enabled efficient delivery of resilient electrical systems for Nashville’s tallest residential tower.
