AdventHealth Minneola

Project Overview

AdventHealth Minneola is a state‑of‑the‑art medical facility designed to expand access to high‑quality care in South Lake County. Our team delivered the complete electrical infrastructure for this 80‑bed hospital, supporting the essential systems that power modern healthcare environments.

The facility includes a full‑service emergency department, advanced imaging and diagnostic suites, five operating rooms and endoscopy spaces, heart catheterization labs, and a total of 80 patient rooms—40 critical care and 40 general medical/surgical—each supported by specialized, reliable electrical and low‑

Our Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Fabrication Teams played a major role in accelerating installation, improving safety, and enhancing quality. Key prefabricated and coordinated components included:

  • 250 feet of prefabricated underground duct bank from the Central Energy Plant (CEP) to satellite electrical rooms
  • Prefabricated underground CEP cage matrix for streamlined placement and reduced site‑work disruptions
  • Four floors of overhead conduit racks, cable tray, and lighting assemblies, coordinated and produced off‑site for rapid installation
  • Eleven prefabricated modular electrical rooms, built for plug‑and‑play deployment and consistent quality
  • Three prefabricated rooftop VFD Unistrut rack assemblies to support mechanical system controls

Through precise modeling and off‑site fabrication, we reduced field labor hours, increased accuracy, and delivered a safer, more efficient build.

In a region where residents regularly traveled outside the area for inpatient care, this hospital fills a vital community need, and our electrical team helped ensure the hospital opened with fully coordinated, resilient power systems.
