Project Overview
Enterprise Solutions delivered complete electrical construction for Belmont University’s Fisher Center for the Performing Arts, a world‑class 1,700‑seat performance venue and the centerpiece of campus arts. The project combined advanced VDC coordination, specialized acoustical solutions, and precision prefabrication to meet exacting performance, aesthetic, and vibration‑control requirements.
Our scope included:
- Installation of acoustical isolation systems including elevated electrical rooms and air‑spring vibration mitigation
- Modeling and installation of 115,000 feet of conduit and 825,000 feet of wire through the domed performance hall
- Power distribution for the main auditorium, dimming rooms, back‑of‑house, and building systems
- Integration of a custom transparent sound dome with commemorative LED constellation and three monumental chandeliers
- Coordinated lighting, dimming, and AV power infrastructure to support performance‑grade requirements
Project highlights:
- Close collaboration with acousticians, architects, and engineers to preserve musical integrity through isolated switchgear, vibration‑dampening installations, and precision equipment placement
- Extensive prefabrication and VDC modeling enabling tight tolerances—electrical rooms and assemblies installed to centimeter‑level fits
- A dedicated field team delivering high man‑hour productivity to complete complex scope on schedule
The Fisher Center now provides Belmont’s students and the community with an exceptional performance environment. Enterprise Solutions’ integrated approach and craftsmanship delivered resilient, acoustically sensitive electrical systems that support world‑class music performance and education.
