Project Overview
Enterprise Solutions delivered design-build electrical services for the Crockett Center for Athletic Excellence, a 45,806 sq ft athletics facility serving Belmont University’s basketball, volleyball, and tennis programs. The building features two full courts (convertible for volleyball), a weight room, video room, locker rooms with team lounges, coaches’ offices, conference rooms, cryo water recovery tubs, and rooftop tennis courts above an attached parking garage.
Our scope included:
- Full power distribution, lighting, and life‑safety systems for courts, training spaces, locker rooms, and support areas
- Low‑voltage infrastructure for AV, controls, and communications supporting video and performance analysis spaces
- Emergency power and coordinated distribution for critical athletic and support systems
Project highlights and delivery approach:
- Design‑build delivery to control costs at the conceptual stage and implement value‑engineering solutions aligned with the owner’s budget
- Extensive VDC/BIM coordination and prefabrication to reduce onsite labor, improve install quality, and accelerate schedule
- Just‑in‑time deliveries and step‑by‑step fabrication guidance that standardized field installation and mitigated material and labor constraints
- Close collaboration with trade partners and the owner to maintain safety protocols, manage supply‑chain impacts, and keep the project on an accelerated timeline
