Belmont University’s Buddy Lee Attractions (BLA) Renovation

Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business

Project Overview

Enterprise Solutions delivered complete electrical construction for Belmont University’s Buddy Lee Attractions (BLA) renovation. The project included extensive BIM coordination, prefabrication, and careful acoustic design. More than 32,000 man-hours were completed with zero recordable incidents, and the project finished on schedule and under budget.

The scope included:

  • Installation of specialized audiovisual infrastructure and isolated ground systems
  • Strategic conduit routing to minimize interference in sound-critical rooms
  • Power distribution to serve studios, AET labs, and songwriting spaces
  • Integration of custom lighting and controls that enhance both form and function

Achieving the university’s target Sound Transmission Class (STC) ratings required exacting control of conduit layout, signal separation, and grounding strategy—each developed in coordination with the project’s architects, acousticians, and engineers.

The Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business, which operates within the BLA building, stands as a state-of-the-art recording and learning environment that honors the legacy of Music Row while empowering Belmont’s students to create, perform, and collaborate at the highest level.

From acoustically isolated studios to decorative lighting in public spaces, Enterprise Solutions’ craftsmanship can be seen throughout the facility, proof that precision, innovation, and teamwork remain at the heart of every successful project.
