Enterprise Solutions delivered design-build and electrical construction for Nemours Children’s Hospital Orlando, a seven‑story, 633,000 sq ft freestanding pediatric specialty hospital within Orlando’s Medical City. The facility combines a 400,000 sq ft inpatient hospital with 95 private rooms, a multi‑OR suite, advanced imaging (MRI, CT, nuclear medicine, R/F), full clinical and support services, and a 200,000 sq ft clinic with exam rooms, education center, and a 225‑seat auditorium—all supported by a central energy plant and a 900‑car parking garage. The campus design integrates extensive healing gardens and roof terraces to support the “Hospital in a Garden” concept.
Our scope included:
- Full power distribution and mission‑critical electrical systems for inpatient, clinic, imaging, OR, lab, pharmacy, and food‑service facilities
- Specialized electrical infrastructure for advanced imaging suites and interventional rooms
- Emergency power systems and redundancy for life‑safety and clinical continuity
- Large‑scale site electrical work including primary duct bank and utility feed coordination for the campus and outparcels
- Power, lighting, and low‑voltage infrastructure for auditorium, education, and support spaces
Nemours Children’s Hospital Orlando now operates as a comprehensive pediatric campus that balances advanced clinical capabilities with intentional healing environments—backed by resilient, carefully coordinated electrical infrastructure.
