Project Overview
Enterprise Solutions provided electrical design and construction for the Pinson Hospital Hospitality House, a purpose-built 28,000 sq ft facility that offers welcoming, supportive lodging for families in need who are seeking healthcare in Nashville.
The building houses administrative offices, an expanded first-floor kitchen and dining area, 20 guest rooms across the second and third floors, and storage and laundry on the fourth floor, plus 1,700 sq ft of renovated space connecting to the new structure.
Our scope included:
- Cost-effective lighting design and power distribution for guest rooms, public spaces, and support areas
- Design and coordination of a new 1200‑amp overhead service and main switchgear in the lower-level parking garage
- Demolition and construction, electrical drawings, and integration with renovated adjacent spaces
- Installation of LED lighting and full electrical rough-in through final fixtures
Working with the architect and general contractor, we delivered practical electrical solutions that balanced budget, reliability, and occupant comfort. This project was especially meaningful for our team given the Hospitality House’s mission to provide a “home away from home” for families during difficult times.
