Project Overview
Enterprise Solutions delivered full electrical construction for The Thompson Hotel, a 12-story, 244,000 sq ft luxury hotel in Nashville’s Gulch. The property’s 224 rooms, music-forward amenities, and bustling neighborhood context demanded premium workmanship and innovative delivery methods to meet an aggressive schedule while preserving design intent.
Our scope included:
- Complete power distribution and circuiting for guestrooms, back-of-house, and public spaces
- Interior and exterior lighting packages tailored for hospitality ambience and performance areas
- Lighting and power for specialty amenities, AV support, and building service systems
To accelerate delivery and improve quality, we implemented two key innovations:
- Prefabricated rooms: We assembled all in-wall and overhead rough-in assemblies by room, and packaged and delivered for rapid installation. This approach reduced waste, minimized rework, and shortened onsite labor time.
- Pull-plan scheduling: A collaborative, trade-inclusive scheduling process that aligned sequencing and mitigated critical disruptions.
Enterprise Solutions self-performed the electrical scope, leveraging prefabrication and collaborative scheduling to deliver a high-quality, on-schedule hospitality project that contributes to Nashville’s evolving hotel landscape.
