Project Overview

Enterprise Solutions delivered complete electrical construction for University Health System’s Women’s & Children’s Tower, a 14‑story, 690,000 sq ft expansion purpose‑built to support maternal, neonatal, pediatric, and family‑centered care.

Our scope included:

  • Full power distribution and electrical infrastructure for 300 specialized patient beds across 14 floors
  • Dedicated power and systems for labor & delivery suites, NICU, and ICU environments
  • Electrical support for the Children’s Emergency Department and associated clinical spaces
  • Innovative linear lighting design to enhance patient, family, and public areas while complementing architectural finishes
  • Extensive prefabrication program: 12 prefab electrical rooms, 30+ prefab electrical closets, and 1,000+ prefab racks to accelerate installation and improve quality
