Enterprise Solutions delivered electrical construction for WeWork’s 48,000 sq ft coworking space in One Nashville Place. Designed to support startups and established enterprises alike, the space features art-filled common areas and a vibrant community-centric layout.
Our scope included:
- Complete interior lighting installation, including a specialty lighting package to enhance common and collaboration areas
- Replacement and upgrade of electrical gear on each floor to support higher-density tenant loads
- Installation of occupancy sensors and energy-efficient controls for optimized performance and reduced operating costs
Enterprise Solutions self-performed 100% of the electrical scope, coordinating closely with design and tenant teams to ensure seamless integration of power, lighting, and controls across the facility. The finished space supports flexible workstyles and reliable building performance.
