Project Overview

Enterprise Solutions delivered complete electrical construction for Florida Hospital’s new Apopka campus, a multi‑building healthcare complex developed to expand access to advanced medical care for Central Florida families. The project includes a seven‑story, 600,000 sq ft hospital and a four‑story, 200,000 sq ft medical office building on a 70‑acre campus, with site planning that prioritizes patient experience, natural light, and future growth.

Our scope included:

  • Full electrical infrastructure for the hospital and medical office building
  • Power distribution and redundancy for 120 private patient rooms and a 39‑bed emergency department
  • Emergency power and specialized electrical systems supporting helipad operations and mission‑critical loads
  • Electrical support for seven operating suites, cardiac catheterization labs, comprehensive imaging (CT/MRI/Cath), and expanded Women’s Center, outpatient rehab, Critical Care, and ICU spaces
  • Shell‑ready provisions and infrastructure for future expansion and specialty suites

Project highlights:

  • Integrated planning to optimize daylighting and patient views while meeting strict clinical and redundancy requirements
  • Coordination of site utilities, campus routing, and life‑safety systems to support long‑term campus growth and operational continuity
