Project Overview

Enterprise Solutions partnered with Lee Memorial Health Systems to deliver the electrical infrastructure for a 400,000 sq ft expansion of Gulf Coast Hospital, expanding capacity and bringing advanced care closer to Fort Myers-area families.

Our scope included:

  • Complete electrical infrastructure for emergency services and 22 operating rooms
  • Power distribution for 229 private patient rooms and systems supporting 26 ICU rooms
  • Electrical support for advanced imaging suites including CT, MRI, and cardiac catheterization labs
  • Emergency power infrastructure with three 2,000 kW generators and 19 automatic transfer switches to ensure uninterrupted care
  • Provisions for future three-floor expansion to support long-term growth

The project represented a major local investment in healthcare delivery, with over 200,000 craft hours contributed by a predominantly local workforce. Led by experienced hospital construction professionals, Enterprise Solutions executed meticulous coordination, redundancy planning, and code-compliant installations to support high-acuity clinical operations and future scalability.
