Project Overview
Enterprise Solutions delivered comprehensive electrical construction for a 3-story Department of Defense (DOD) Administrative Support Complex. The facility provides office space for a substantial portion of the site workforce and includes an auditorium, cafeteria, visitor center, medical suites, and employee health and fitness amenities—program elements that required robust, secure, and energy-efficient electrical systems.
Our scope included:
- Full power distribution, lighting, and life-safety systems for offices, assembly spaces, and support facilities
- Sophisticated lighting control systems with automatic daylight dimming and energy-efficient LED fixtures throughout
- Secure Fiber Trough infrastructure routing multiple miles of classified data cabling
- Government-grade classified security systems, including specialty access-control cameras and interior/exterior security devices
To meet stringent performance and schedule requirements on this fast-track project, we prefabricated over 80% of overhead and in-wall rough-in assemblies in-house and self-performed 85% of the electrical work. This approach enabled rapid progress—roughing in areas exceeding 35,000 sq ft in under 10 days with small crews—while reducing labor costs and field rework.
