Project Overview
Enterprise Solutions delivered comprehensive electrical construction for UHealth SoLé Mia, a 370,143 sq ft, LEED Silver ambulatory care facility in North Miami supporting University of Miami Health System’s vision for advanced outpatient care in a healing environment.
Our scope included:
- Electrical systems for two LINAC radiation treatment rooms and four CT suites
- Power and lighting infrastructure for 10 operating rooms and three interventional radiology suites
- Specialized electrical support for three endoscopy suites with associated prep and recovery areas
- Fire alarm, lightning protection, and low-voltage conduit systems throughout the facility
- Electrical integration for architectural and AV features, including custom chandeliers, video walls, and color‑changing LED systems
Deliverables and approach:
- Close collaboration with the owner, contractor, and architect to coordinate complex medical systems and ensure redundancy, reliability, and code compliance
- Precise planning for mission‑critical loads and sensitive medical equipment to support uninterrupted patient care
- Integrated life‑safety, power distribution, and low‑voltage systems to serve clinical, therapy, and outdoor rehabilitation spaces
UHealth SoLé Mia now provides patient-centered outpatient services—infusion bays, exam rooms, women’s health, physical therapy, and rehab areas—backed by resilient electrical systems designed for safety, performance, and long‑term operational efficiency.
