The exciting new Florida Hospital Apopka campus is being built on a 70-acre site at the intersection of Haram Rd. and Ocoee-Apopka Rd. The new facility will include a seven-story, 600,000 sq. ft. hospital building, a four-story 200,000 sq. ft. medical office building, and a helipad. The new campus is expected to create up to 300 new jobs for nurses, pharmacists, and other medical professionals. The new Florida Hospital Apopka is replacing an existing hospital with 50 beds. Florida Hospital Apopka will feature 120 private patient rooms, a 39-bed full-service emergency department, seven advanced surgical suites, with shell space for two more suites, as well as Apopka’s first two observation diagnostic cardiac catheterization labs, and imaging department.
