STRIVING FOR SAFETY
Enterprise Solutions strives to maintain an injury-free environment by putting safety first. To that end, we have a detailed structure centered on each employee. All new employees must go through a New Hire Orientation Program, which concentrates on work rules and safety. Additionally, supervisors are OSHA authorized and all employees receive specific training and certifications to operate the equipment.
Enterprise Solutions prides itself on creating a safe work environment for our employees. All the necessary resources — such as training, equipment, and materials — are provided to create a safe work site free of recognized hazards. We also require that our employees comply with Federal, State, and Local regulations and guidelines. This includes any guidance regarding COVID-19 and other health guidance. All employees are given the authority and responsibility to stop what they are doing and address a situation if they feel it compromises safety.
OSHA CERTIFIED
All superintendents have an OSHA 30 certification and all foremen maintain an OSHA 10 certification, at minimum. Weekly meetings are held on-site for field supervisors and craft workers to increase safety awareness. Pre-task documentation and meetings are also conducted by a competent supervisor each morning prior to craft workers beginning a task. A mandatory four-hour orientation program is conducted for all new hires. Some of the areas covered are Hazard Recognition, Fall Protection, Personal Protective Equipment requirements, Hazard Communication, SDS (safety data sheets), Aerial Lift Safety, Lock Out/Tag Out, Electrical Safety, etc.
